Lion Steel Equipment Fine for breach of regulations2026|2025

Lion Steel Equipment has been fined £480,000 for the corporate manslaughter of one of its employees, making it only the third company in the UK to be convicted under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act since it came into force in 2008.
