Government H&S Proposals 20112026|2025
IIRSM has been invited to a launch of the new H&S proposals taking place on 21 March 2011
Lord Young's report "Common Sense, Common Safety" made initial recommendations for changing the culture of health and safety. The Government accepted all of the recommendations and lead departments are working on their implementation.
Lord Young's recommendations were the first step. The Government is now ready to announce its proposals for the next stage of major reform, heralding a new start for health and safety regulation for Britain's businesses.
